Or they may go back to the office and talk about the products that you have to offer. You could still win the purchase further down the line. If you want to qualify your audience more specifically then you could use tick boxes on your form. You could ask them to tick if they want more information or tick if they want to sign up for your newsletter. This might seem like a bit of a haphazard way of getting people onto your client list but it works. Also if you only have a short slot for your talks then you could use that opportunity as a spring board for another seminar. For example the offer you make at the end could be for a 90 minute seminar on the same topic. But in the longer seminar you go into much more detail and give specific steps and tools. This is a way to get the audience coming back to you or to even get more people to attend.
